Once we get to know you and your smile, we will discuss any issues or concerns you may have. We will create a personalized treatment plan together to achieve your dream smile.

What to Bring
We’d love for you to bring a few things along for your first visit.
- Photo ID (such as a valid driver’s license)
- Insurance card (for those with dental insurance)
- Questions, concerns, and hopes for your smile
Finances & Insurance
We accept most PPO insurances, and we are happy to file claims with your insurance. We also offer a variety of payment options to work within your budget.
